1. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Works

All original software demonstrations, architecture case studies, written publications, interactive widgets (such as MeetBot, StartupRadar, and ROI estimators), design tokens, and branding assets on this site are the intellectual property of Meet Patel, unless otherwise noted.

You are permitted to review, quote, and reference content for hiring evaluation, educational review, or portfolio benchmarking. You may not scrape, clone, or redistribute the proprietary source code of client deliverables for commercial resale without prior written authorization.

2. Consulting & Engineering Engagements

Project scopes, technical timelines, and pricing estimates generated via the interactive ROI calculator or discovery inquiry forms are for exploratory planning purposes. Formal engineering engagements, deliverables, milestones, and warranties are governed by mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) contracts.

3. Interactive Tools & Sandbox Demonstrations

Interactive sandboxes (including the ResumeATS keyword matcher, Power BI slicer simulation, and StartupRadar AI generator) are provided free of charge for demonstration and evaluation purposes. While designed for accuracy and high performance, they are provided "as-is" without explicit financial or hiring guarantees.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Meet Patel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the information or tools provided on this website.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
